Experts say that doing things in your bed during the day like web browsing, reading, or watching tv could be tricking the brain into thinking that the bedroom is for those activities and not sleep. Most professionals recommend only using your bed for sleep, cuddling, or sex. That way, your body is trained to know that your bedroom is where you are supposed to fall asleep.
