Yes, this one is easier said than done of course. However, it is extremely important. Stress can take a huge toll on your gut so decreasing it where you can will only be beneficial. Carve out some “you” time every day where you can focus on some self-care. When life seems like it can be too much (which happens to all of us at some point), don’t be afraid to reach out to loved ones or seek professional help.
