When trying to handle living with muscular dystrophy it can be easy to be negative. That negativity could be directed inward or outward depending on the day. It is great to explore all emotions. Keeping them bottled up will lead to an explosion later. With that thought in mind, try to remember everything positive. Situations always feel worse when they are happening and once a person is on the other side they can see how much growth they have endured.
