Stay Focused On Your Body
This is something you can do no matter where you are. You never know when anxiety strikes, so whenever it does, focus on the area of your body where you feel the anxiety. For some of us it could be the throat, chest, stomach, etc. Wherever you feel it, focus on that spot and slowly breathe into it. If your thoughts are wandering, draw back your focus into that area. As you do this, your anxiety will diminish.
