8. Prioritize your tasks
This is an excellent coping mechanism that allows you to have the energy to do what needs to be done and to rest when you are fatigued. Think of your energy as pennies in a piggy bank. Pace yourself and take frequent breaks to rest. Look at your calendar and identify what’s necessary and what is not important. Thinking of your energy as pennies may help you reduce your stress levels and save your energy pennies for when you really need them. If you spend your pennies on one day doing things you need to do. Revitalize yourself by resting on another day.
