Another early symptom of lupus is a low-grade fever. There is no reason for having a fever, and it seems to hover between 98.5°F and 101°F. You don’t feel bad enough to see a doctor, but this range of fever happens on and off. If you have a recurrent, low-grade fever, check with your doctor.
