13. Francisco Segura
Pancho, or Francisco Segura, was a tennis player from Ecuador in the 1940s and 1950s. He was acknowledged for coaching Jimmy Connors, a famous US tennis player. Born with bowed legs, Segura also suffered from malaria. He coached and played until he died in 2017 at the age of 96.
