7. Muhammad Ali
Throughout his life, famed boxer Muhammad Ali battled Parkinson's disease, and like Michael J. Fox, he was also a notable figure with the disease. Ever since he was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 1984, Ali worked with researchers to help find treatments and a cure for the disease. He even went on to find an organization known as the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center to help patients cope with the disease.
