Matt Savage is an "American autistic savant musician." As a child, Savage was diagnosed with pervasive development disorder. Although he detested loud music and pretty much kept to himself, he taught himself how to read piano sheet music and within no time, he was playing the piano. Since then, he became a fully experienced composer and musician. Currently, Savage is balancing his professional music career with teaching.
