Some people really don’t believe in monogamous relationships. He marries her because he doesn’t want to lose her. Or they want to have kids and buy a house together. He may try and be faithful for a while but then rationalize that he’s “been good for so long.” When a cheating partner thinks men are not “naturally monogamous' and they give you the 'we are not born to be with one person' speech, then it’s likely they are not ready, willing, or don’t have the capacity to be with just one person.
