It’s important to express gratitude to your friends and let them know that you appreciate having them by your side.
Think of a friend who’s been particularly supportive throughout this challenge. Surprising that person with a home-cooked meal is a thoughtful way to express your gratitude and to celebrate your own progress, as well.
