A bedroom should only be treated as a sleeping sanctuary (and a couple’s nest as well). By this, one should establish a routine wherein the body can detect and record that when an individual is in the bedroom it is time to sleep or to cuddle with one’s spouse. How to do this? Simple. Get inside the bedroom only when sleepiness strikes. By doing so, the body would record this activity on the body clock, and as a result, when this individual gets inside the classroom he would eventually feel sleepy. This also means that no other activity should be done inside the bedroom, like checking the email, watching TV, or reading. This is to prevent the alteration of the body clock’s record.
