6. Make sure you have your rest

Good sleep is essential for everyone, especially for diabetics. If you don’t get the right amount of sleep, you feel hungrier, tired, and eat more. You may find that you are too tired to take your medications, do exercises, and to think positive thoughts is a chore. Poor sleep patterns can cause increased weight, high sugar levels, and frequent awakenings to urinate.
