9-Year-Old With Lymphoma Designs Color Scheme for NASCAR Driver

Wyatt’s history with lymphoma

When Wyatt entered the contest earlier this year, he was a patient at Seattle Children’s Hospital, a pediatric treatment and research center. Wyatt was being treated for Hodgkin lymphoma.

Wyatt was diagnosed with the cancer after his Mom noted he had a lump on his neck. Lymph node swelling is one of the cardinal symptoms of lymphoma. (According to the NIH, other symptoms include fever, night sweats and weight loss.)
