Take Food Along
People with celiac disease should make it a point to take food along with them. This can mean taking lunches to work or school on a daily basis. But this can mean snacks in a bag in case something comes up and gluten free options are readily available. This can mean gluten free products like cookies, crackers or it can mean more wholesome items like seeds, nuts and fruit like blueberries that are high in fiber and will last in the stomach for a long time are always good easy options.
