A New App Is Changing Multiple Sclerosis Self-Care

One of the most common and life altering symptoms of MS is the fatigue, and MS affects around 2.5 million people worldwide. MS patients often have difficulty getting out of bed and even minimal activity can make them feel exhausted. Some studies show that up to 97 percent of people with MS have severe fatigue that negatively impacts almost every aspect of their life.  Recently, Auckland University of Technology and Bournemouth University in New Zealand developed an app that can help people with MS.
