It is not just a matter of people knowing what contributes to their fatigue, and working to change it. As the disease progresses fatigue will likely increase too. But anything that can delay this process and improve an individual’s quality of life is a good thing. Also, with MS being primarily diagnosed in young adults, this is a great way to get these tech savvy individuals more involved in their health management.
