While chronic stress during does not mean Alzheimer’s later in life, it is better to avoid it as it causes various other health problems outside of neurodegenerative diseases. It can cause anxiety, depression, and other mood problems. It can also cause physical problems such as heart disease.
Many factors affect the onset of Alzheimer’s; stress is just one of them. It is better to not stress about what can happen in the future and just enjoy, take some recreational time to relax and think about ways to further improve memory to avoid Alzheimer’s disease.
