Caregivers: Stop Feeling Guilty

Don't be afraid to vent

Permission is always granted to vent.  It’s okay to talk to someone about the challenges that are faced by caregivers. Try to find a like-minded group of people to share your thoughts and stories.  There is also a countless number of support groups for caregivers, in-person and online.  If attending in-person sessions are not an option, chances are there is an online forum or social media group with thousands of individuals in the exact same situation.
