If it remains effective, it is comfortable and safe for the patients regardless of how many times a week it has to be used. Then when there is a green light to launch it in international markets and have it promoted as a practical solution for sleep apnea, it may just be the most efficient alternative to CPAP. With only a few adjustments, the number of practical and technical things that are taken into account when turning the one-night, in-lab study into a long-term home use application.
