Maintain energy levels and reduce fatigue
For fibromyalgia patients, the exhaustion and lack of energy makes taking control of anything seem hopeless. Try to set an early time for bad and an appropriate time to wake up. Do not over-sleep. Oversleeping can actually make you feel more fatigued. If you can do it, a bath before bed, a glass of decaf tea and some soft music might help. Floating in the bath, often takes the pressure off the tender points and you'll get some relief.
