After the show, Raelynn joined Big Machine Label Group
Once the show ended, she signed with Big Machine Label Group, a record label most famous for having signed Taylor Swift and the Rascal Flatts. She was able to release an EP with them and the lead single “God Made Girls” even landed her a spot in the highly-coveted Billboard Hot 100. She toured with her former The Voice coach Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert. Since then, RaeLynn has developed her voice, her songwriting, her personality, and even her aesthetics.
All of these experiences have culminated to her debut album Wild Horse, which was released in 2017. Despite her roots in country music, RaeLynn is still open to exploring other genres. She seems to be particularly inclined to the pop genre. She has once expressed that she would have chosen Miley Cyrus if she were one of the judges on The Voice.
