Oatmeal comes in a large variety so check the labels to be sure that your choice is high in vitamins. Some oatmeal may be high in protein and fortified with zinc. Combined with milk, your oatmeal breakfast will also contain vitamin D, vitamin B2, zinc, and biotin, and add strawberries or kiwi for extra vitamin C.
