You can even start with just a five-minute walk, and then increase a minute or two each week, something that is achievable without pain. 

Physical therapy is tough for a person suffering from fibromyalgia, but it is highly useful. Moreover, you need to start with anything that is comfortable for your and then slowly increase your efforts on a weekly basis.
