Try yoga!

Yoga is a perfect way to get in shape. If you have been sedentary for quite some time because of a flare-up or fear of pain, yoga will help you relax and stretch your muscles. Yoga is a great way to build up the muscles around your joints. It will also strengthen your muscles and ligaments. It stretches out muscles that have been inactive due to lupus. You will feel some pain after doing yoga but do take it slow and at your own pace. Breathe deeply and think about what you are doing.
