Parkinson’s disease can be an unfortunate diagnosis, especially when you do not seen it coming. The disease has been found by many scientists and doctors alike as highly hereditary. According to one study, those diagnosed with the disease has more success in living life to the fullest if they have a positive mindset, a healthy psychosocial environment, determination, and acceptance of their new lifestyle.
As seen with these inspirational stories, these people may not have cured their disease, but they have successfully faced life alongside the disease. Their limitations do not define who they are nor do they hinder them from enjoying life. Their current lifestyle may have reduced some activities they enjoyed before, but this does not defeat them. Instead, they find new ways to face and enjoy life, work with the limitations, and inspire people.
