Try to remain positive
When a bad day starts taking its toll, don’t let it get into your head. There are reasons why things happen, including the bad ones. Training the mind to keep the negativity away will help ease your mood, even when dealing with fibromyalgia pain.
There are so many people who stop living or at least stop doing the things that once interested them due to this disorder. Fibromyalgia should not be a reason to stop living and achieving your goal. The ‘I can’t do it’ mentality should be minimized. Practice saying ‘I can’.
