As is the case with a variety of conditions, the symptoms that come with a diagnosis of fibromyalgia can vary from one patient to another.  However, some of the most common symptoms that patients report as having experienced include pain at specific points of their body, trouble sleeping, memory and focus problems, headaches, irritable bowel syndrome, difficulties urinating, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and for women (of which the condition is most common in), more painful menstrual cramps.
