Free the Mind: Overcoming Setbacks with Fibromyalgia
Many people may encounter a morning of sadness during their lifetimes. Some people become more conscious of their reality, and yet unconscious of the psychological stress they are facing. The result is a domino-effect of negativity. There is a denial of problems that will only wear a person out. Setbacks are inevitable
Like stepping blocks on a naturally murky road, they prevent someone from going forward in fear of stumbling, or not being able to reach the other side. How is it possible to succeed again without learning and knowing what to do the next time another setback comes in? After all, life is a cycle. It just so happens that mishaps are part of the process that reduces in impact as people grow stronger.
