Do Fruits and Vegetables Really Reduce MS Symptoms?

Large changes come in small steps

If you are trying to change your diet to be healthier in an attempt to curb the symptoms of your MS, remember that such large life changes come in small steps. You may feel overwhelmed by the blast to your diet, and if this is the case, do not give up all your favorite foods at first. Add a side of vegetables to every meal, eat fruit in the morning, etc., at first. Then, as this becomes a normal part of your routine, begin to eliminate the sugary substances that you are used to that may be harmful. This way, it will be easier to stick to your new diet.
