Do Fruits and Vegetables Really Reduce MS Symptoms?

There are many ways to get your leafy greens in: Try Tuscan kale

Not exactly thrilled with the idea of eating a raw kale salad? Yeah, us either.

Fortunately, there are endless ways to reap the benefits of leafy greens.

Have you tried Tuscan kale? Tuscan kale, or lacinato kale, is much softer and more tender than traditional kale, making it a great addition to shortly-cooked dishes to add a ton of flavor and nice texture. It's perfect for people who want the nutritional benefits of kale but don't like the rough texture and bitter flavor.

If you like stir-frys or veggie sautees, add a bunch of Tuscan kale right in the last few minutes (chopped, stems removed).
