Researchers agreed. More studies need to be done to understand the advantages of exercises
Another interesting observation included those who sat in front of a desk all day either felt fatigued and sluggish or energetic and “up.” Was there anything that made those with type 2 diabetes want to go outside for a walk? Or, did they simply want to slump down in front of the television? What would make them be more pleasant with friends and family or feel like preparing a healthy family versus ordering takeout? Does sitting for long periods of time lead to other unhealthy behaviors? Could regular movement start other healthy behaviors? Researchers did not come to any definitive conclusion but agreed to initiate more studies to determine the effects of motion on blood glucose levels.
