History of the film
Kori Tolbert, a participant in the film, had formerly approached UCO Media in a desire to create a film that gave viewers more than just a depressing view of an unfortunate disease, but a wholesome view into the lives of those who have it. A couple years later, she was approached to be a part of Three Lives.
