Unfortunately this does not mean that you can think a six-pack into existance, but rather it means that as you are working out, you need to mentally focus on the muscles you are using. The reason for this is becasue as you think about these muscles, our brains will tighten and activate these fibers, helping us with form and maximum muscle engagement. Not only will this protect you from injury, it will help you get more chizzled- making your work outs much more effective.
