How Lupus Patients Can Protect Their Lungs from Unhealthy Air

Carbon Footprint

Everyone contributes to air pollution.  Everyday people partake in activities that harm the environment and put more pollutants into the air.  The best way to avoid pollutants is to avoid creating them.  In the home make sure all electric items are turned off when they are not in use.  Bicycles, public transportation, and sharing a car are all great ways to reduce the amount of traffic on the road.

The more people are aware about their carbon footprint the easier it is to change the habits they have that contribute.  Without realizing it people are making air pollution worse every day.  If everyone works to reduce their carbon footprint air pollution may not be resolved, but it would stop getting worse.
