Try to exercise. Endorphins can help reduce anxiety
Try some light exercises to help with your recovery. Endorphins produced by activity reduces anxiety.
Make sure you adequately warm up and cool down. Warmup involves increasing your activity to get your blood circulating through your body. Slowly raise your heart rate and watch any changes in how you feel. If your stomach is not reacting well to any exercise, you may need to wait for a bit and try again later.
Cool down by decelerating your movements until you have lowered your heart rate. Take it easy if you feel nauseated.
