There are quite a few side-effects associated with the use of this supplement so a doctor should be consulted first. Side effects can include sterility in men, upper respiratory tract infections, hair loss, headache, and upset stomach. This supplement is not safe for pregnant women or for women who are at risk of developing osteoporosis.
