A few things to remember: Frustration is normal and do not bite off more than you can chew
- Frustration is normal: It’s easy to feel frustrated. In fact, it’s perfectly normal. Know this, and then get started to try and discover what works.
- It can take up to 66 days to form a habit: For mindful meditation, it can take a long while for it to start working. Be patient.
- Don’t bite off more than you can chew: Start small and in small chunks of time. Instead of jumping into the deep end, attempt meditate for 1 hour every day, try to commit to short stints and start with 10 minutes of mindful meditation.
