Natural Methods to Improve Parkinson’s Disease

Parkinson’s Disease is, by far, one of the most serious conditions which can severely limit the performance of the victim, especially during its advanced stage. Parkinson’s is a degenerative disease which affects the individual’s central nervous system primarily by destroying the neurons responsible for producing dopamine in the substantia nigra, a section of the midbrain. Consequently, the victims begin to exhibit certain signs and symptoms primarily in the motor department. Specifically, the most common of these begin as mild shakes which, in time, evolve into frequent muscle spasms which interrupt the person’s ability to perform the simplest of tasks, such as feeding themselves, interacting with objects, or even getting around on their own. The disability caused by this disease may, in turn, negatively affect their mental health as the feelings of helplessness may cause anxiety and eventually lead to depression.
