New Smartphone App to Help Doctors Diagnose Alzheimer’s

The app still needs help to make a diagnosis

The app uses the most current tools to make a dementia diagnosis. However, because it’s still a complex and elusive disease, it does not replace the doctor in making the final diagnosis. Alzheimer’s disease requires a comprehensive evaluation that incorporates every cue you can possibly get from the patient’s interview and test results. The app is only able to bring some components of the interview faster to the table, helping the doctor make a final decision.
