Study Evaluates Whether Nurses Specializing in Rheumatology Affects Patient Outcomes
These findings can help nursing care for other chronic disease
The analysis from this study measured patient outcomes in order to assess the patient outcomes associated with specialized rheumatology nursing interventions. Authors expressed that this valuable knowledge can also be used in context for other chronic illnesses as well. Rheumatoid arthritis isn't the only condition that can benefit from quality assessment of routine care and nursing interventions. Investigators stress that their findings may also be translatable to future nursing research in other chronic inflammatory diseases.
