Nick Jonas Receives Disney Hero Award for His Efforts in Diabetes Awareness

For him, the most difficult part of having diabetes is when he would had a long day, like after having a show, and still would have to manage his disease. This would make him feel overwhelmed the most. Apart from this, he would also need to explain what diabetes is to those who do not understand it.
Nick feels grateful for the fact that he was able to share his story and he wishes to continue to have a positive impact in someone's life, especially after hearing how some people suffer from depression after discovering that they have diabetes.
