The mud race was a remarkable accomplishment for these 7 Parkinson's patients
For their first time participating in the Big Dawg Dare, it was truly amazing, considering that they all have Parkinson's disease. The participants and their trainers were so grateful for the experience. They hoped that it did more than just represent those with the disease, but also inspired others with Parkinson’s to try something that they feel is impossible to do.
Their plans for next year's race are already underway, and next time around, they hope that their team will be bigger, stronger, faster and ready to face any challenges that the race or disease throws at them.
