The cause of this disease is, to this day, still unknown, though it has been observed with increased frequency in middle-aged women, and in those who suffer from rheumatoid arthritis or any other autoimmune disease. Sadly, there is no known cure for this disease, though there are medication and methods which can help relieve its symptoms. Getting enough sleep, following a healthy and balanced diet, and working out regularly are all factors which can positively affect those that suffer from this condition.
