Let's face it: Sleep and stress affect sex. In reverse, sex also influences sleep and stress. Ian Kerner, a sex expert states that too little sex leads to irritability and sleeplessness in men. It’s not their fault that lack of sex causes them to be grouchy and difficult! It is their hormones. There is also some evidence that the stress hormone cortisol is lowered after an intense orgasm. The love hormone, or known as oxytocin, is also discharged after an orgasm and results in better sleep.

Sex problems are caused by sleeplessness and sleeplessness is caused by lack of sex. There are cures for both issues: Sleep well and have good sex or have good sex and sleep well.
