Sleep Deprivation and Prediabetes Is a Bad Combo

Diabetes Risk Factor

People experience sleep disturbances in different ways. Some people will fight the feeling of sleeping so that they can do other things. Some will experience the circadian rhythm of disturbance when someone ignores biological clock such as shift work. Others experience sleep difficulty due to sleep apnea. The consequence of sleep deprivation can go beyond feeling tired.
