Establish a bedroom routine
A bedroom should only be treated as a sleeping sanctuary (and a couple’s nest as well). You should develop a routine where your body can detect and record when it is time to sleep or to cuddle. Go in your bedroom only when sleepiness strikes. By doing so, the body will record this activity on your natural clock.. This also means that no other activity should be done inside the bedroom, like checking email, watching TV, or reading. This is to prevent the alteration of the body clock’s record.
