Find a mantra that works for you! Sometimes even the strongest of us need to channel another persona (Even Beyonce has to rely on Sasha Fierce!) or a mantra to help us remember what we need to remember. Think of something positive, comforting, and inspiring to help you get through your day. Use “I am” statements and use strong, positive words. If you find yourself getting emotional, it is important to remind yourself that this is okay. Some mantras can include ideas like “I am human. I cry and I am not ashamed of that,” or “I am strong. I am tough. I have the battle scars to prove it.”
