Regardless of your religious beliefs, it is important to be in tact with your spiritual side. Some people have struggled with this since childhood, but delving into the topic may offer you some relief, ousting stress from your life.
If you do believe in religion, and find it to be positive, try getting more involved at your place of worship, and try to make sure you are going at least once a week. If not, that's fine too! Try mindfulness meditation or another exercise that will let you tap in to your spiritual side, even if you aren't religious.
