These 12 Women Never Had the Big 'O' - Can the Relationship Survive?

Not all hope is lost. Here are a few tips to help you break through the finish line

All hope is not lost, though; whether a woman is facing a mental or physical barrier, it’s still possible for them to climax whether with a partner or alone.

For starters, it’s important to let go of expectations. Many women hurt their chances of achieving an orgasm simply because they’re so focused on finding success. Also, the pressure to climax will likely cause the body to tense up and make things even more difficult and uncomfortable. Eliminate all distractions, including silencing or shutting down cell phones and turning off the lights. This will help to keep the focus on the sensations and feelings happening in that moment. The more relaxed the body, the more likely an orgasm will occur.

Some women find watching porn, reading erotica, or using vibrators help them to climax.  If none of these techniques work, it might be time to see a doctor or gynecologist, and maybe a sex therapist if no physical culprit can be found.
